Order FAQ

No extra plastic. Just purpose.
We don’t wrap every item in an extra plastic bag. It’s one small way we keep our packaging low-impact and aligned with what we care about. Clean oceans, a clean planet, and stoked customers.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link sent straight to your email. If it doesn’t show up or something looks off, reach out to Gidget@liquidculturelife.com and we’ll help you out.

I received the wrong item or something’s damaged. What now?
We’ve got you. Email Gidget@liquidculturelife.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it.

Is everything made to order?
We focus on small-batch production. That means better quality, curated drops, and more control over every item that leaves our hands. Some pieces may still take time to ship, especially new releases, but it’s worth the wait.

Why does my item look slightly different than it did online?
Colors can vary a bit depending on lighting, screens, editing, and even the garment dye lots themselves. We try to represent everything as accurately as possible. If something feels way off, send us a photo and we’ll take a look.

 Shipping FAQ

When will I receive my order?
Some pieces are in stock and ship quick. Others, especially new releases, might take a little longer while we get inventory sorted. Here’s the general flow:

• In-stock items: Usually ship within 2–5 business days

• New releases & pre-orders: May take up to 2–3 weeks depending on volume and fulfillment cycles

We’ll keep you updated every step of the way. If there’s ever a delay, you’ll hear it from us first.

Where does my order ship from?
All orders are packed and shipped by our fulfillment partner in the U.S. We’re a small brand doing things right. We print limited, custom runs to ensure everything we make has a home. Thanks for being patient with the process.

Do you ship internationally?
If you're ordering from outside the USA, keep in mind that customs fees might pop up depending on your country and order value. These fees are up to the end recipient to cover. Oh and allow some extra time for delivery. It's overseas.

Pro tip: When ordering internationally, adding your phone number to the order can help keep things smooth and minimize the chance of your order getting lost in transit.

My order should be here by now, but it's not. What should I do?
Before reaching out, try this:

• Double check your shipping confirmation for any address issues

• Check in with your local post office or neighbors

• Look around your property—couriers get creative sometimes

Can I fix an address after I order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually fix it. But if it’s already on the move, reshipping or replacing the item will be at your expense.

Heads up: If you change your shipping address post-purchase, it may affect the sales tax collected. Any balance owed will need to be settled before we can ship.

Return FAQ

What’s your return policy?
If something’s off, we’ll make it right. You’ve got 15 days from delivery to request a return on any unworn, unwashed item in original condition. Just shoot us an email at Gidget@liquidculturelife.com with your order number and we’ll walk you through next steps.

Do you offer refunds?
Yep. Once we get your return and inspect it, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Original shipping charges aren’t refundable, and if you’re returning something just because it wasn’t your vibe, return shipping is on you.

What about exchanges?
We do offer exchanges—with a couple things to note:

- Changed your mind? Want a different size, color, or design? No problem. You’ll cover shipping both ways, and we’ll send the new item once the original arrives and passes inspection.

- Our mistake? If we sent the wrong item, we’ve got it covered. Once your return tracking number is active in the system, we’ll go ahead and ship the correct one.

What items are non-returnable?
Anything marked final sale can’t be returned or exchanged. We’ll always flag these up front so there’s no guesswork.

Something wrong with your order?
If we sent the wrong item or something arrived damaged, let us know within 7 days of delivery. Send photos and your order number to Gidget@liquidculturelife.com, and we’ll get you a replacement or refund, no sweat.
