Return FAQ

What’s your return policy?
If something’s off, we’ll make it right. You’ve got 15 days from delivery to request a return on any unworn, unwashed item in original condition. Just shoot us an email at Gidget@liquidculturelife.com with your order number and we’ll walk you through next steps.

Do you offer refunds?
Yep. Once we get your return and inspect it, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Original shipping charges aren’t refundable, and if you’re returning something just because it wasn’t your vibe, return shipping is on you.

What about exchanges?
We do offer exchanges—with a couple things to note:

- Changed your mind? Want a different size, color, or design? No problem. You’ll cover shipping both ways, and we’ll send the new item once the original arrives and passes inspection.

- Our mistake? If we sent the wrong item, we’ve got it covered. Once your return tracking number is active in the system, we’ll go ahead and ship the correct one.

What items are non-returnable?
Anything marked final sale can’t be returned or exchanged. We’ll always flag these up front so there’s no guesswork.

Something wrong with your order?
If we sent the wrong item or something arrived damaged, let us know within 7 days of delivery. Send photos and your order number to Gidget@liquidculturelife.com, and we’ll get you a replacement or refund, no sweat.
